- Fresh cranberries 300 gr
- Vodka 900 ml
- For syrup:
- Sugar 2 cups
- Water 2.5 cups
Method

Heat water to 67 degrees. Put cranberries with vodka in a bag and vacuum. Cook with the sous vide for 2 hours, then strain into a bottle and refrigerate.

Mix water with sugar and cook syrup over low heat for 15 minutes. Cool and add to cranberry tincture.
