This is an incredibly simple recipe for a tender venison steaks. It's a real treat for real hunters.

  • Venison loin steak
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

  • Preheat a water bath to 54ºC (130°F).
  • Pat the steaks dry with paper towels. Season the meat with salt and pepper from all sides. Put the steaks in a sous vide bag. When you're done with all these procedures, immerse the bag to cook for 100 minutes.
  • When the timer goes off, pull the steaks out from the bag. Top each steak with a piece of butter and fry them over a high heat for 2 minutes per side. After that, let the meat chill for 5 minutes. Enjoy the tender venison!
