A rhubarb in a strawberry sous vide sauce can be categerized as a raw food diet meal and it's is a great dessert.

- Pieplant 1 stalk
- Strawberry 250 gr
- Green basil 2 sprigs
- Grape sugar 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice
- Ginger
- Almond
Method

Grind strawberries, grape sugar, basil and a mixture of lemon juice and ginger in a blender.

Put the pieplant with the mix in a vacuum bag, immerse it in a container with a sous vide thermostat and set the temperature to 40°C.

Cook for 1.5 hours and take out. Chop almonds and use it as a topping for rhubarb.
