There is no other technology like sous vide for cooking vegetables. This is the recipe for assorted vegetables in a vacuum.
Ingredients

- Zucchini 200 gr
- Carrots 250 gr
- Asparagus 100 gr
- Olive oil
Method

Seed the zucchini and dice it. Sprinkle it with an olive oil a little bit.

Peel the carrots and cut it into thin strips.

Peel the asparagus and cut off the thick ends of it.

Put everything in a vacuum bag and use sous vide method of cooking for half an hour at a temperature of 75 degrees.
