Cocktails can be made with the most incredible ingredients and in a variety of ways. Try to make a cocktail on citrus infusion using the sous vide technology at your place and you will appreciate the rich palette of taste and intoxicating aroma of this drink.

  • Lime, for zest 1 pc
  • Lemon, for zest 1 pc
  • Orange, for zest 1 pc
  • Agave nectar 100 ml
  • Tequila 750 ml
  • Fresh rosemary 2 sprigs

  • Heat the water with an immersion thermostat for sous vide to a temperature of 75 degrees.
  • Separate the zest from the pulp from citrus fruits.
  • Place all ingredients, including the zest, in a large vacuum bag.
  • Dip the bag into heated water. The tincture is cooked in sous vide for 30-45 minutes.
  • Remove the bag from hot water and chill in iced water for 15 minutes.
  • Strain the tincture and pour into a clean bottle, then refrigerate it.
  • Sous vide tincture is ready. Serve it with ice, lemon and sugar.
