- Boneless pork leg 1 kg
- Salt 1.5 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
Method

Set the thermostat temperature to 80 degrees.

Place the ham in a large vacuum bag, add olive oil, use a vacuum sealer to seal the bag.

Place the ham in a gastronorm container, set the timer on the thermostat for 12 hours, cover with a lid so that the moisture does not evaporate. Add water if necessary would be completely immersed in the liquid.

After the time is up, remove the ham and let it cool to a temperature comfortable for handeling the meat.

Cut the ham into small slices, add salt and pepper. Serve for breakfast with freshly baked bread, eggs, toast, and fresh salad leaves.
