  • Boneless pork leg 1 kg
  • Salt 1.5 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp

  • Set the thermostat temperature to 80 degrees.
  • Place the ham in a large vacuum bag, add olive oil, use a vacuum sealer to seal the bag.
  • Place the ham in a gastronorm container, set the timer on the thermostat for 12 hours, cover with a lid so that the moisture does not evaporate. Add water if necessary would be completely immersed in the liquid.
  • After the time is up, remove the ham and let it cool to a temperature comfortable for handeling the meat.
  • Cut the ham into small slices, add salt and pepper. Serve for breakfast with freshly baked bread, eggs, toast, and fresh salad leaves.
