  • Carrot 300 gr
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Ground caraway ½ tsp
  • Ground dhania a pinch
  • Butter 50 gr
  • Salt and pepper

  • Wash and peel the carrots. It is better to take fresh carrot with green petioles for cooking. It looks more spectacular and tastes more delicate. But regular carrots will do just fine. It's the best if they match in shape. If you've got large carrots, it is better to slice them about 1 cm thick.
  • Mix all ingredients and place them in a vacuum bag.
  • Cook for 45 minutes at 80 degrees.
  • You can sprinkle the cooked dish with fresh herbs if you like it that way. Similarly, you can cook smallage or pumpkin, as well as spiced corn. This is a great side dish for meat or fish. It is a healthy meal for both adults and children. Although, it is better to exclude or minimize ground pepper for the latter.
