Cook spicy beef sous vide! As it turns out it is amazingly delicious. And when it's cold the meat is perfect for salads. Thai salads or roast beef salad – cold sous vide beef everywhere will be just wonderful! Having prepared the meat in advance, and even without much hassle, you can quickly prepare an exquisite treat.

  • Beef 500 gr
  • Oyster sauce 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Spice mixture 1 tsp
  • Sugar syrup 1 tsp
  • Hot chili sauce ½ tsp

  • Take a fresh piece of meat and grate it well with spices, add syrup, soy and oyster sauces. Place the meat in a bag and vacuum.
  • Put the package in a water bath of with the temperature of 60 degrees, this temperature will do the “roasting” state of the medium. The cooking time of the meat depends on the thickness of the piece. With a thickness of 2.5 cm, the time was 1.5 hours.
  • After cooking, cool the bag quickly in ice water. Put the cooled package in the refrigerator, where it can be stored until serving for 4-5 days.
  • Before serving, remove the bag from the refrigerator and immerse it in water heated to 60 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the hot pieces from the bag and dry with a paper towel. Grill until golden brown.
  • If desired, you can fry zucchini, onions, peppers and tomatoes in a grill pan in advance.
