Sous vide sausage

This is a quick and easy cooking recipe for homemade sous vide sausage.

  • Ready-to-cook homemade sausage package 1 piece

  • Put the required amount of sausage in vacuum bags, add your favorite spices and herbs. Cooking time is about 2 hours at 65°C.
  • When the sausage is done, it can be chilled in ice bath and stored in the fridge for later use.

Grill the sausage before serving.
