This is your dream breakfast! Cook a delicious Brazilian picanha steak in the sous vide water bath cooker.
Ingredients

- Picanha (beef sirloin or rump) 1.5-2 cm thick 1 steak
- Kosher salt ½ tsp
- Cooking butter
Method

Heat water to 53.9 degrees.

Rub the steak with salt all-around and seal it in a vacuum bag.

Immerse it in the sous vide water bath cooker and let it pouch for 2 hours.

Preheat a pan to a medium heat. Add oil to it.

Take out the steak from the vacuum bag and blot it on a paper towel to soak a cooking liquid. Then fry the steak from each side in the preheated pan. Try not to overdo it! Cook each side for no more than a minute.

Slice the cooked delicacy into pieces and serve along with fried potatoes and sunny-side up eggs.
