A classic and very simple cooking recipe for cod with mushrooms. Thanks to a sous vide thermal treatment it turns out to be really delicious. As for me and my family – we like it a lot. I hope you will be happy with this meal as well.

- Cod 275 gr
- Mushrooms 150 gr
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Tomato 1 piece
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce
- Spices
Method

Chop mushrooms and tomatoes coarsely and fry in a sunflower-seed oil.

Add lemon juice and let the vegetables soak it well. Then stir adding the garlic paste, spices and soy sauce in a mix until thickened.

Add cod and orange zest (peel just one orange for it). Put everything in a vacuum bag and vacuumize it. Cook for 50 minutes.
Serve the dish hot.
