Very juicy sous vide burgers that doesn't look like simple fast food at all.

  • Fresh ground beef 1 kg
  • Burger buns 4 pcs
  • Tomato 1 pc
  • Fried eggs 4 pcs
  • Red onion 1 pc
  • Salt and pepper
  • Greens
  • Mayonnaise
Method

  • Set the thermostat to 56.1 ° C.
