- Fresh ground beef 1 kg
- Burger buns 4 pcs
- Tomato 1 pc
- Fried eggs 4 pcs
- Red onion 1 pc
- Salt and pepper
- Greens
- Mayonnaise

Set the thermostat to 56.1 ° C.

While the water is heating, divide the minced meat into 4 equal parts and form 4 balls out of them. Form patties with a press.
