- Beef 800 gr
- Butter
- Prunes 1 handful
- Onion 1 pc
- Carrot 1 pc
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Allspice 4 peas
- Salt, pepper
Method

Cut the beef into pieces, salt and pepper, put everything in a bag, add a few slices of butter and vacuum the bag.

Immerse the bag in a water bath heated to 58 degrees and cook for 2 hours.

After the time is up, cool the bag with meat quickly in cold water.

Put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, fry until golden brown, add onions, carrots, fry, sprinkle with flour, add water, prunes, previously soaked in water, and all the spices. Simmer for 30-40 minutes.
