Recipe for sous vide bananas in chocolate sauce

- Bananas 4 pcs
- Chocolate 100 gr
- Lemon
- Crushed almonds or other nuts optional, to taste

Peel bananas and cut into slices, sprinkle them with lemon juice. Break the chocolate into pieces. Put the bananas and chocolate in a vacuum bag, you may also add nuts and seal them alltogether. Place the bag into the sous vide bowl and set the temperature to 80 degrees and the time to 1.5 hours. At the end of cooking, take out the bag and put it in cold water. Serve lukewarm or cold with whipped cream on top.
Due to the low cooking temperature, bananas retain their shape and become like a soufflé. During cooking, the released viscous juice is mixed with the heated chocolate and forms an amazing thick sauce.
