  • Mackerel 1 piece
  • Butter
  • Mayonnaise 1 tsp
  • Potatoes 8 pcs
  • Fresh dill 1 bunch
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt, pepper

  • Gut and rinse the fish. Rub it with salt and pepper. Place a piece in a vacuum bag and add butter.
  • Seal the bag and put it in a water bath, cook for 20 minutes at a temperature of 50 degrees.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them on a greased baking sheet, then season everything with salt and pepper.
  • Put the cooked mackerel on top of the potatoes and lightly grease it with mayonnaise.
  • Put the bag in a preheated oven to 180 degrees until the potatoes are cooked. Sprinkle the dish with finely chopped garlic and dill.
