- Mackerel 1 piece
- Butter
- Mayonnaise 1 tsp
- Potatoes 8 pcs
- Fresh dill 1 bunch
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil
- Salt, pepper
Method

Gut and rinse the fish. Rub it with salt and pepper. Place a piece in a vacuum bag and add butter.

Seal the bag and put it in a water bath, cook for 20 minutes at a temperature of 50 degrees.

Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them on a greased baking sheet, then season everything with salt and pepper.

Put the cooked mackerel on top of the potatoes and lightly grease it with mayonnaise.

Put the bag in a preheated oven to 180 degrees until the potatoes are cooked. Sprinkle the dish with finely chopped garlic and dill.
