Sous vide apples with honey, walnuts and cinnamon stuffing

It's a recipe of everyone's favorite apples with honey, walnuts and cinnamon stuffing, but with a twist. This time they'll be cooked using an advanced technology of French cuisine called sous vide.

  • Apples 5 pcs
  • Honey 4 tbsp
  • Walnuts 5 pcs
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp

  • Wash the apples, core them and cut each one in half.
  • Grind the walnuts. Add them to the honey along with cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Stuff the apples with this stuffing and put them in a vacuum bag pumping out the air afterwards.
  • Immerse the bag into a sous vide thermal circulator and cook for 4 hours at 65 degrees.
