This is a recipe for delicious scallops that you can make in your kitchen using sous vide cooking technology.

- Scallops 12 pcs
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Unsalted butter 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper
Method

Preheat a water bath to 51°C.

Season scallops with salt and pepper. Lay them out in one layer inside a large bag and add olive oil. Pump out the air and seal the bag with a vacuum sealer.

Immerse the bag in the water bath for half an hour.

After half an hour, take out the bag and pull out scallops. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Melt butter in a frying pan with an anti-stick coating. Wait until the butter stops foaming, put the scallops in the pan and fry on each side until golden brown. Now scallops are done. Bon Appetit!
