Any sous vide desserts are easy and simple to prepare. The sous vide method can be used to prepare delicious desserts from both fruits and vegetables.

- Heavy cream 400 ml
- Eggs 8 pcs
- Pumpkin Pie Mix (I have Pumpkin Pie Mix) 250 gr
- Vanilla extract ½ tsp
- Brown sugar 4 tbsp
Method

Heat a water bath to 90.5 degrees.

Beat eggs until fluffy foam appears, add cream, pumpkin pie mixture and vanilla.

Mix everything well and fill in the pots with it up to the top, cover with foil and gently put in a water bath for 1.5 hours.

Remove pots and refrigerate at room temperature and refrigerate overnight.

Warm the dish up to room temperature before serving and sprinkle it with brown sugar or caramel.
