Here's an easy and quick way to cook pork ribs with savory BBQ sauce in sous vide style.

- Pork ribs (about 6 bones in one piece)
- Marinade spices:
- Paprika 3 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Red hot pepper or chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper 1 tsp

Prepare the spices by mixing all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Afterwards, rub the spicesinto the pork ribs properly.

Use vacuum bags for cooking. Put each half of the ribs in a bag and drain an air from it using vacuumizer.
Submerge the bags in Sous Vide circulator and cook for 24-48 hours at 65 degrees. -
In the meantime, you can prepare the BBQ sauce. Simply heat all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and keep in a fridge for later use.
Here are the ingredients for a barbecue sauce:
– 6 tablespoons (90 ml) of a tomato ketchup
– 3 tablespoons (115 g) of a brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of an apple cider vinegar
– 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of the Worcestershire sauce -
Once the ribs are cooked, they can either be served immediately or later. If you decide to eat them later, hydrocool the ribs for rapid cooling.
After that trweatment, they can be stored in the fridge for up to two days.цу -
Grill the ribs or bake them in an oven at 200-220°C before dishing out. Use the pre-cooked BBQ sauce for serving.
