Poached eggs

If you want to get perfectly light whites and the most delicate silky yolks, then cook eggs using the Sous Vide technology. Why is it better to cook chicken eggs using the Souse Vide method? Only because when cooking in Sous Vide, a constant temperature regime is maintained, which cannot be reached by the traditional method of cooking eggs.

  • Set the Suvid thermostat to 64 degrees, set the time to 1 hour. During this time, the white will become tender and light, and the yolk will not become liquid.
  • Wait until the water temperature is exactly 64 degrees and carefully add the eggs to the water.
  • After an hour, remove the finished eggs from the water. Gently break the shells and carefully place the contents on a large spoon and let the remaining white to slip off, place the poached egg on a platter or sandwich and enjoy its delicate flavor.

Eggs prepared using the Sous Vide technology can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. When you want to eat this delicate egg, just heat it for 15 minutes to the same temperature at which you cooked them.
