- Ground Gruyère ½ cup
- Cream cheese ¼ cup

- Fried bacon 3 slices

Bring the temperature inside a water bath to 77.8°C.

Mix eggs, cheese and salt with a blender until smooth.

Cut bacon slices in half. Place jars on a flat surface, put half a slice of bacon on the bottom of each jar.
