Herbal oil – made using sous vide technology.

I recommend making a mixture of thyme, tarragon and rosemary. You can use both olive and sunflower (generally, any vegetable).

  • Oil
  • Your favorite herbs

  • Place the herbal oil in a vacuum bag and seal it.
  • Heat the oil at 70 degrees for 3 hours.

It takes nothing extraordinary to make this recipe, but aromatic oil prepared that way can retain its properties and aroma for 3-4 months. You can't get that result on a stove. If you want to make the oil even more savory, let it cool and then add a few cloves of garlic or coriander beans to the bottle.
