- Sunflower-seed oil 1 liter
- Rosemary 10 sprigs

Chop the rosemary sprigs finely and mix them with the oil.

Pour the mixture into a vacuum bag and cook with a sous vide thermal immersion circulator for 3 hours at 75 degrees.

When it's done, cool it and pour into a bottle. You can add garlic and other spices to make this oil even more rich in flavor.
