Here's the recipe for a spicy sous vide oil with rosemary. This kind if an oil retains its flavor for up to 3-4 months.

  • Sunflower-seed oil 1 liter
  • Rosemary 10 sprigs

  • Chop the rosemary sprigs finely and mix them with the oil.
  • Pour the mixture into a vacuum bag and cook with a sous vide thermal immersion circulator for 3 hours at 75 degrees.
  • When it's done, cool it and pour into a bottle. You can add garlic and other spices to make this oil even more rich in flavor.
