Recipe for making green onion soup in sous vide.
Ingredients

- Green onions 1 bunch
- Potatoes 1 pc
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- Salt, pepper
- Low-fat cream or water 240 ml
Method

Pour water into a container and heat it with an immersion thermostat up to 82 degrees.

Peel and dice the potatoes, chop the onion and garlic. We put all the ingredients, except for water (cream) in a bag and vacuum.

Dip in water and cook in sous vide for about an hour.

Transfer the prepared vegetables to a bowl and gradually add water or cream to knead until the required consistency of puree soup. Add olive oil and garnish with fresh parsley.
