The recipe for making a French dessert from toasts with the sous vide.
Ingredients

- Milk 240 ml
- Eggs 8 pcs
- Salt 1 pinch
- Vanilla 1 whisper
- Daily challah (Twisted oblong white bread) 2 chunks
- Butter 2 tbsp
Method

While the water is heating to 64 degrees, mix eggs, vanilla, milk and salt.

Put two pieces of challah in a vacuum bag, pour in the resulting mixture and vacuum the bag.

Dip in heated water and cook for 1.5 hours.

In the meantime, melt the butter in a frying pan to fry the slices until golden brown on both sides after finishing cooking in the sous vide.

Cut the slices in half before serving. Serve with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, jam or syrup.
