Recipe for Cooking Succulent Corn Sous Vide, making corn in Sous Vide is quick and easy.

Corn is a dietary low-calorie product that contains a complex of vitamins essential for a human body: A, B1, B2, B12, C, D, E and others. If you eat 150 grams of corn a day, then you get about 25% of the daily value of vitamin B1.

  • Peeled and washed corn cobs
  • Butter (one spoonful to one ear)
  • Salt, pepper
  • Fresh coriander 1 handful

  • Rub the corn on all its sides with salt and pepper.
  • Put corn, butter and coriander in vacuum bag, then seal it.
  • Submerge the bags completely in water and cook for 1 hour.
