- Striploin 450 gr
- Coffee oil 75 gr
- Spinach leaves 240 gr

Peel and fry the steak on all sides. Cool it down.

Pour coffee oil over the steak and put it under vacuum.

Cook at the temperature ranged between 52 to 70 degrees Celsius for 2 hours.

Deep-fry the steak for 30 seconds at 200 degrees Celsius temperature or burn with a cooking torch.

Spread the finished steak with coffee oil.

Fry the spinach in coffee oil at a medium temperature.

Serve chops on top of the salad.

1. Pack the ingredients in a vacuum bag.
2. Cook in a Softcooker at 90 degrees Celsius for 3 hours.
3. Draw the oil.
