The classic cooking recipe for your favorite corn, but with a twist: using the modern sous vide cooking method.

- Corn 4 ears of fresh corn
- Salt and pepper
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Fresh chopped dhania a handful
Method

Preheat a sous vide water bath to 83.5C.

Rub the corn with salt and pepper all-around.

Put corn, butter and dhania in vacuum bags and apply vacuum treatment to it.

Immerse the bags completely into water and cook for at least 30 minutes (1 hour tops).

You can pan-fry or grill corn until golden brown before serving.
It's best to serve this dish with a juicy steak and a glass of your favorite red wine.
