  • Chicken thighs 4 pcs
  • Orange 1 piece
  • Ginger 1 piece

  • Wash the chicken thighs, remove the skin, separate the bone from meat and then dry it out .
  • Grate the thighs fillet with salt, pepper, then add finely grated ginger and orange juice.
  • Mix everything together and leave it to marinate for 40 minutes.
  • It is essential temove the excess liquid before vacuuming the bag with the meat.
  • Put the bag into a bowl with a Sous Vide thermostat, pour water for it to completely cover the bag and set the temperature to 64 degrees and the time is for 2 hours.
  • After the time is up, remove the bag and cool it down. Cut the cooked meat into pieces, decorate with orange slices.

The meat will turn out to be very tasty, tender with a pleasant aroma
