Sous vide garlic chicken cooking recipe.
Ingredients

- Chicken legs 8 pcs
- Olive oil 250 ml
- Fresh thyme 4 sprigs
- Fresh rosemary 2 sprigs
- Garlic 40 cloves
- Salt and pepper
Method

Season legs lightly with salt and pepper and seal them in vacuum bags.

Add the following ingredients in each bag: 60 ml of olive oil, a sprig of thyme, a sprig of rosemary and 10 cloves of garlic. You don't need to exhaust bags, just seal them tight.

Then immerse the bags in the sous vide cooker and poach fom 6 to 8 hours at 80 degrees.

Finish up with frying the chicken in a well-heated pan until golden brown. Serve immediately.
