Chicken and 40 garlic cloves

Sous vide garlic chicken cooking recipe.

  • Chicken legs 8 pcs
  • Olive oil 250 ml
  • Fresh thyme 4 sprigs
  • Fresh rosemary 2 sprigs
  • Garlic 40 cloves
  • Salt and pepper
Method

  • Season legs lightly with salt and pepper and seal them in vacuum bags.
  • Add the following ingredients in each bag: 60 ml of olive oil, a sprig of thyme, a sprig of rosemary and 10 cloves of garlic. You don't need to exhaust bags, just seal them tight.
  • Then immerse the bags in the sous vide cooker and poach fom 6 to 8 hours at 80 degrees.
  • Finish up with frying the chicken in a well-heated pan until golden brown. Serve immediately.
