- Smoked bacon 2 slices
- Garlic 1 cloves
- Brussels sprouts 200 gr
Method

Fry the bacon in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Add the garlic and fry a minute more, then set aside to cool down.

Vacuumize the Brussels sprouts and bacon seasoning it with black pepper first. Immerse in a water bath and pouch for 1 hour. Cook at 85°C.

Brussels sprouts can be served as a main course or as a side dish for meat.
