This is an incredibly simple recipe for a tender venison steaks. It's a real treat for real hunters.

- Venison loin steak
- Butter
- Salt and pepper

Preheat a water bath to 54ºC (130°F).

Pat the steaks dry with paper towels. Season the meat with salt and pepper from all sides. Put the steaks in a sous vide bag. When you're done with all these procedures, immerse the bag to cook for 100 minutes.

When the timer goes off, pull the steaks out from the bag. Top each steak with a piece of butter and fry them over a high heat for 2 minutes per side. After that, let the meat chill for 5 minutes. Enjoy the tender venison!
