It's a recipe of everyone's favorite apples with honey, walnuts and cinnamon stuffing, but with a twist. This time they'll be cooked using an advanced technology of French cuisine called sous vide.

- Apples 5 pcs
- Honey 4 tbsp
- Walnuts 5 pcs
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
Method

Wash the apples, core them and cut each one in half.

Grind the walnuts. Add them to the honey along with cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly.

Stuff the apples with this stuffing and put them in a vacuum bag pumping out the air afterwards.

Immerse the bag into a sous vide thermal circulator and cook for 4 hours at 65 degrees.
