It's a magical snack for the New Year and other holidays. A turkey roll-up with cheese cooked ala sous vide will make your guests want this recipe for themselves.
Ingredients

- Turkey quarter fillet 800 gr
- Suluguni 150 gr
- Spice blend (Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger, Allspice, Cloves, Nutmeg) 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper to your liking
Method

Make small cuts in the fillet and fill them with cheese. Then season it with salt, pepper and spices.

Roll up the fillet and tie it with a kitchen string.

Put a roll in a bag and vacuumize it.

Put the roll into a fridge for overnight.

Take the bag out of the fridge in the morning. Warm it up and put it in a sous vide water bath preheated to 70 degrees. Set the temperature to 65 and cook for 6 hours.

Take out the bag and cool it down in an ice water.

When it cooled down, you can shelve it in a freezer or pull the roll out of the bag and serve immediately. Enjoy a juicy and tender roll!
