There is no other technology like sous vide for cooking vegetables. This is the recipe for assorted vegetables in a vacuum.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini 200 gr
  • Carrots 250 gr
  • Asparagus 100 gr
  • Olive oil
Method

  • Seed the zucchini and dice it. Sprinkle it with an olive oil a little bit.
  • Peel the carrots and cut it into thin strips.
  • Peel the asparagus and cut off the thick ends of it.
  • Put everything in a vacuum bag and use sous vide method of cooking for half an hour at a temperature of 75 degrees.
