- Lime, for zest 1 pc
- Lemon, for zest 1 pc
- Orange, for zest 1 pc
- Agave nectar 100 ml
- Tequila 750 ml
- Fresh rosemary 2 sprigs
Method

Heat the water with an immersion thermostat for sous vide to a temperature of 75 degrees.

Separate the zest from the pulp from citrus fruits.

Place all ingredients, including the zest, in a large vacuum bag.

Dip the bag into heated water. The tincture is cooked in sous vide for 30-45 minutes.

Remove the bag from hot water and chill in iced water for 15 minutes.

Strain the tincture and pour into a clean bottle, then refrigerate it.

Sous vide tincture is ready. Serve it with ice, lemon and sugar.
