The recipe for making delicious ribs with sous vide.
Ingredients

- Loin with ribs 1.5 kg
- Salt
- Bay leaf
- Black pepper
- Garlic 2 cloves
Method

Cut the loin into two equal portions, rub it with salt and pepper, put everything in bag, add garlic and bay leaf and then vacuum the bag.

Refrigerate for 2 days.

Cook in a water bath at 65 degrees for 3.5 hours.

After cooking, immediately cool in ice water, remove from the bag, wrap in foil and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Grill before serving.
