- Chilled goose or pork fat 2 tbsp

Method

Cut the peeled potatoes into circles, about 1.5 mm.

Melt the fat and cool it slightly. Put potatoes in a vacuum bag in one layer, add a little fat and thyme. Seal the bag with a vacuum sealer.
