Recipe for a simple sauce prepared with the sous vide technology would be a great addition to vegetables and fish
The sauce is great for red fish cooked using the sous vide technology. Emphasizing all the tenderness of salmon the sous vide will not distract the gourmet eater from the main dish.
Ingredients

- Sorrel 1 bunch
- Cilantro 1 bundle
- Shallot 1 onion
- Natural yogurt 200 ml
- Juice of half a lemon
- Mint 5 sprigs
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method

Rinse and dry the herbs. Peel the onion.

Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and blend until smooth. A clove of young garlic can also be added.
